Vallencourt performed the major infrastructure construction for Eastland to service its 580-acre community with 849 single-family homes, 150 townhomes, 15,000 square feet of office space, and 105,000 square feet of commercial space. The scope of work included the creation of an island for the community’s clubhouse, the widening of International Golf Parkway, as well as underground utilities installation and storm water management systems.
