Town Center Promenade

Jacksonville, FL

Vallencourt built the infrastructure for this 30-acre mixed-use development located at the St. Johns Town Center. It consisted of approximately 100,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, 287 multi-family units, and a hotel. The scope of work included mass clearing and grading, parking lot construction, underground utilities installation, and installation of storm water management facilities.
