Vallencourt Construction Ranks No. 2 on the 2026 Top Contractors List
Jacksonville Daily Record
April 16, 2026
The Jacksonville Daily Record ranked Vallencourt Construction No. 2 on its 2026 Top Contractors list, up from No. 5 the year before.
The Daily Record reported $293.9 million in local revenue for 2025, $323.8 million in total revenue and 828 full-time employees. Our specialty is site preparation: the clearing, earthwork, drainage, underground utilities and roads that have to be right before anything else gets built.
The largest project we started in 2025 was PineWalk, a master-planned community in St. Johns County. The list also pointed to our work at EverRange in Jacksonville, Wildlight in Nassau County and Laurelton in Green Cove Springs.
Rankings change from year to year. The work behind them does not: crews who show up early, run equipment safely and leave every site ready for the next trade. That has been the job for over 80 years.
