Vallencourt Construction Supports Davidson Cares Clay Day
Davidson Realty
December 8, 2022
Davidson Realty recognized Vallencourt Construction for its long support of Davidson Cares Clay Day and a working relationship that goes back to the 1980s.
Davidson Cares Clay Day is a charity clay shoot. Its seventh annual event was held on October 20, 2022, at Jacksonville Clay Target Sports, and we have been a major sponsor since the first one.
Proceeds from the event went to Builders Care, St. Augustine Youth Services, Investing in Kids, Port in the Storm Homeless Youth Center and Hope is Restored.
The relationship goes back further than the event. Vallencourt Construction has worked with the Davidson companies across three generations of the Vallencourt family. The article points to work at World Golf Village, RiverTown, Bannon Lakes, Beachwalk and the Town Center Promenade.
The piece, written by Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson, also noted the scholarship the Vallencourt family established at Bishop Snyder in 2006, awarded each year to one young man and one young woman for their work ethic. In her words, the company is "constantly giving back to the community."
