Pinewalk

PineWalk is a sprawling master-planned community taking shape on more than 2,100 acres in northwest St. Johns County, near the intersection of Greenbriar Road, Longleaf Pine Parkway, and Veterans Parkway. At full build-out, the community is planned to bring as many as 3,500 single-family homes and 2.5 million square feet of office and retail space to the area, organized into six connected villages linked by roadways and pedestrian and bike pathways. The plan sets aside 500 acres for open space and preservation, with additional land earmarked for a future school and a police or fire substation. Development is running in phases stretching from 2023 out to 2037, starting with offices, retail, and single-family and senior housing before multifamily product comes online in later phases. As Vallencourt's largest project started in 2025, PineWalk represents exactly the kind of ground-up site preparation the crew specializes in — turning raw acreage into a foundation for one of St. Johns County's next major communities.
