Saratoga Springs

Saratoga Springs is a 2,240-acre master-planned "agrihood" community rising in Green Cove Springs, Clay County — right in Vallencourt's own backyard. Developed by Freehold Communities, the community is anchored by working farms and organized into five distinct neighborhoods, including Sagebrooke, a gated 55+ enclave, and Silos, a family-focused neighborhood built around its own working farm and farm store. At full build-out, Saratoga Springs is planned to bring as many as 4,489 homes to the market, with Lennar and Ryan Homes on board as builders. Residents will have access to miles of interconnected trails, parks, pools, pickleball and bocce courts, and kayaking access on Black Creek. Groundbreaking came in January 2025 on land Freehold acquired for $70 million — one of the largest residential land deals in recent Clay County history. Vallencourt was part of the team that turned that raw acreage into a buildable site, laying the groundwork for a community built to grow for the next two decades.
