Southside Quarter

Jacksonville, FL

Vallencourt is building the master infrastructure for this Hines development that will provide access to the 110-acre project which will be home to over 350,000 square feet of office space, 1,100 residential units, 140 hotel rooms and 100,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space.
