The Eleanor – Bloomingdale

The Eleanor – Bloomingdale is a 253-unit single-family build-to-rent community taking shape on Little Neck Road in Bloomingdale, Georgia, just outside Savannah. Developed by JLM Living in partnership with Southern Impression Homes, the project pairs the privacy of standalone homes with the amenities of a managed community — a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, walking trails, dog parks, and private cabanas with grilling stations scattered throughout. Vertical construction broke ground in October 2025, with the first residents moving in this spring and full build-out on track for early 2027. It's the second build-to-rent community from the JLM Living / Southern Impression Homes partnership, part of a growing pipeline of projects stretching across Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Before any of that could go vertical, Vallencourt was on-site turning raw land into a buildable foundation — part of the crew that got this ground ready.
