Twenty Mile

Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

One of Nocatee’s largest and most luxurious developments by PARC Group, Twenty Mile features over 1,000 homes and plenty of both man-made and natural amenities. Vallencourt has been the sole contractor in developing the master infrastructure for this community which included the construction of its advanced roadway and path, its underground utility network, and its extensive storm water management systems.
