Windward Ranch

St. Augustine, FL

Lennar contracted Vallencourt Construction to provide the infrastructure for their 1,000-home gated community located in St. Augustine, FL. The construction consisted of roadways, underground utilities, storm drainage, and ponds. Due to the unique and challenging soils present, the Vallencourt team had to draw on all of our experience to complete the project.
