Clearing
Vallencourt Construction provides land clearing and preparation services for a wide range of development projects.

Property Clearing & Site Grading
Clearing a construction site involves removing trees, bushes, and surface soil to prepare the land for development. Although it may seem straightforward, it's crucial to follow a process that ensures the site is properly set up for the project and that crews can work safely. The Vallencourt Construction team is equipped with the expertise and training to prepare your site for success, from the first weed to the final stump.
The initial phase of land clearing involves the removal of vegetation. For properties with dense underbrush, trees, and large bushes, it's essential to clear the underbrush first. This step allows us to employ the safest and most efficient equipment and methods to tackle larger vegetation and stones. While tree removal can be hazardous, eliminating the root systems is vital to prevent potential damage to structures from wood rot.
After clearing the vegetation, we assess the surface soil. Often, this soil is not stable enough to support a structure's foundation due to the presence of roots and other debris. We remove this soil from the site and then proceed to grade the land, preparing it for construction or paving.
