Vallencourt Construction Ranks No. 3 on Best Places to Work 2025
Jacksonville Business Journal
November 7, 2025
The Jacksonville Business Journal ranked Vallencourt Construction No. 3 in the Extra Large category of its 2025 Best Places to Work awards.
The Extra Large category covers companies with 250 or more employees. We were first named an honoree in September, and the final rankings were announced at the Business Journal's awards event in November.
The program is based on employee surveys, so this result comes straight from the people who work here. That is the kind of recognition we value most. Site work means early mornings, hot days and heavy equipment. People stay when the plan makes sense, the equipment is maintained and the crew around them does things the right way.
Thank you to every member of the Vallencourt Construction team for the work behind this one.
