Vallencourt Construction Named a 2025 Best Places to Work Honoree
Jacksonville Business Journal
September 10, 2025
The Jacksonville Business Journal named Vallencourt Construction one of the First Coast's Best Places to Work for 2025.
The program is run with Quantum Workplace, and honorees are chosen entirely from employee surveys that measure workplace culture, leadership, communication and overall job satisfaction.
We were placed in the Extra Large category for companies with 250 or more employees, alongside organizations like VyStar Credit Union, Fidelity National Financial and Miller Electric Company.
Final rankings were announced at the awards event in November 2025, where Vallencourt Construction placed No. 3 in the category.
We have been building across the Southeast for over 80 years, and the people doing the work have always been the whole operation. This recognition belongs to them.
